How do I get a homepage?

Well, you have to make one. I can't help you with this. There are many fine books on HTML and web graphics. Get one, read it, learn, use the knowledge. As you can see, I couldn't help you if I wanted, as I am design impaired.

After you make your web page, you need to have it hosted. Generally speaking, if you have the ability to surf the web, then the company who provides you the internet access (Earthlink, AOL, local ISPs) will also give you space to put up your webpage. For the very few special cases where this does not happen, If you happen to be a Burton, and If I so desire, then I'll give you some space on my server. (read the disclaimer). Either way, you now have a homepage on the web.

How do I get listed?

Send me an email telling me your name (must include Burton (duh)) and the location of your website (example: http://www.myisp.com/users/~brian/ ). I'll then update the directory to include your link. This may take awhile, as this is a hobby, not a job. Also, I reserve the right to remove any links at any time for any reason, just because I can.
